Mr. Thomas J. Fontaine serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Fontaine has also been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wellesley Bank since November 2009 and has been President since April 2006. Previously, he served President of Wellesley Bank from April 2006 to November 2009 and as Executive Vice President until April 2006. Mr. Fontaine has experience in the local banking industry and involvement in business and civic organizations. Mr. Fontaine serves as Chairman of the Board at Wellesley Investment Partners, LLC. He has been a Director of Wellesley Bank and Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. since 2006.

Mr. Michael W. Dvorak has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Wellesley Bank since July 1, 2016. Mr. Dvorak serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Wellesley Bancorp, Inc., since July 2016. He has extensive financial and operational leadership experience and has more than 30 years of banking experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at State Street Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Bank. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Key Community Bank, Executive Vice President and a Member of Executive Council of Keycorp. Mr. Dvorak was responsible for the financial management, planning and forecasting within the Community Bank's four regions and business units. In 1992, he joined Society Management Services Company (now Key) and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance organization. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Community Bank since 1998. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Dvorak spent nine years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in a variety of positions including Public Affairs Advisor and Speechwriter, Economic Analyst and Budget and Financial Analyst. He is actively involved in the community as a volunteer and in providing financial support to Weston Little League, Weston Boosters, WEEFC, Boston Food Bank, March of Dimes, Arc of Massachusetts and The Salvation Army. He is a Member of the Association of Management Information for Financial Services. Mr. Dvorak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and MBAs in Banking and Finance and Executive Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Ms. Eloise C. Thibault serves as a Vice President at Wellesley Bank and has been its Treasurer since April 1990. Ms. Thibault serves as a Corporate Secretary of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Thibault served as Human Resources Manager of Wellesley Bank.

Mr. Ralph L. Letner has been Chief Lending Officer of Wellesley Bank and Senior Vice President of Wellesley Bank at Wellesley Bancorp, Inc since May 2014. Mr. Letner serves as the Chief Lending Officer at Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. He has more than 28 years of banking experience in the Greater Boston Area, served as Senior Vice President/Commercial Team Leader at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company since September 2010. He served 12 years with Citizens Bank in progressively expanding roles to both small and middle market privately held businesses, with an emphasis on C&I Lending. He has a B.S. from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from Babson College.

Ross Benavides serves as the Vice President of Information Technology of Wellesley Bank. Ross started at Wellesley Bank in June of 2012. Ross currently resides in Greater Boston Area.
