Mr. John F. McKinney III has been General Counsel of West Bancorporation Inc. and West Bank since July 2000 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. McKinney served as Assistant Counsel of West Bank (formerly West Des Moines State Bank), a subsidiary of West Bancorporation Inc.

Mr. Winterbottom served as an Executive Vice President of Credit at West State Bank from 1998 to 2000 and served as Senior Vice President of Credit. Mr. Winterbottom joined West Bank in 1992. He served as Vice President of West Bancorporation, Inc. Mr. Winterbottom has been a Director of West Bank since 2000 and WB Capital Management Inc. since October 2003. He has been a Director of VMF Capital since October 2003. He served as a Director of Miles Capital, Inc. He served as a Director of West Bancorporation, Inc. from April 2009 to April 2011.

Mr. Douglas Ray Gulling has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at West Bancorp., Inc. since November 2011 and April 2004 respectively and has been its Treasurer since 2013. Mr. Gulling served as Principal Accounting Officer of West Bancorp., Inc. Mr. Gulling joined West Bancorp., Inc. in November 2001. Mr. Gulling has been an Executive Vice President at West Bancorporation Inc since April 2004. He has been Executive Vice President of West bank, Inc since 2015 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. He has been Chief Financial Officer of West Bank since February 2002. He served as Treasurer and Director at Miles Capital, Inc since October of 2003. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of WB Capital Management Inc. He has been Treasurer of WB Capital Management Inc. since October 2003. He served as a Corporate Controller and Cashier at Brenton Bank and served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller from 1996 to 2001. He was also a Treasurer and Director of Investors Management Group. He has been a Director of West Bank since May 2005. He has been a Director of WB Capital Management Inc. since October 2003. Mr. Gulling served as a Director of SmartyPig, LLC. He served as a Director of West Bancorporation, Inc. since April 2009 to April 2011.

Mr. Harlee N. Olafson has been the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of West Bancorp., Inc., and its subsidiary, West Bank since July 2010 and August 3, 2010 respectively. Mr. Olafson oversees risk management, works closely with senior management and department heads on risk strategy and policy. He has more than three decades of experience in commercial banking to the assignment. He served as Area Business Banking Manager for Wells Fargo in Southern, Minnesota. He served as Bank President in Mankato, Minnesota as well as Lead President of the Wells Fargo Southern Minnesota Group. He has been a Director of West Bank since 2011. Throughout his career, his philosophy has focused on customers and the community. He is an active participant in many community organizations and has served as Chairman of the Mankato Chamber of Commerce and as Board Member of the Minnesota State University Foundation, South Central College and the YMCA. Mr. Olafson is a graduate of Valley City State University.
