Ms. Jennifer Williams Murphy, CFA has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation since June 1, 2016. Mr. Anupam Agarwal, also Known as Anup, has been the Chief Investment Officer of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation since September 30, 2013. Mr. Agarwal is a Portfolio Manager of HC Capital Trust - The Fixed Income Opportunity Portfolio and WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Western Asset Unconstrained Bond Fund. He serves as a Portfolio Manager of Legg Mason Partners Income Trust - Western Asset Mortgage Backed Securities Fund. He serves as Head of Agency MBS at Western Asset Management Company. He joined Western Asset Management Company as Head of Non-Agency MBS and ABS. Mr. Agarwal has 15 years of experience in securities analysis and investment management. From 2007 to 2013, he served as a Portfolio Manager and Head of Consumer Credit for Stark Investments, a global alternative investment firm. He was responsible for developing and implementing the investment strategy for Agency and non-Agency mortgages (RMBS), asset backed securities (ABS) and commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS). From 2003 to 2007, he was the Head of Credit & Research and Senior Manager at Invesco Fixed Income, one of the largest fixed income managers in the United States. Mr. Agarwal has an MBA in Finance from Temple University and a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology in Varanasi, India.

Ms. Lisa Meyer has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation since June 6, 2016. Ms. Meyer serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Seer Mortgage Capital, Inc. She serves as Managing Director of FTI. Ms. Meyer served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation since November 18, 2015 until June 6, 2016. Prior to joining FTI, from 2005 to 2011, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer of NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. She was a Consultant for FTI Consulting Inc., with a focus on Residential Mortgage REITs. Prior to FTI Consulting Inc., Ms. Meyer served as the Chief Accounting Officer for NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. from 2005 to 2011. She joined NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. from Ernst & Young LLP where, from 1994 to 2005, she served at Global Real Estate Group, as an Assurance Senior Manager, focusing on complex and specialized accounting and audit issues. Ms. Meyer is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York. She received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Queens College.

Mr. Elliott Neumayer has been the Chief Operating Officer of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation since October 29, 2015. Mr. Neumayer is a Product Specialist and head of mortgage-related business efforts at the Manager, having joined the Manager in 2004 from Marshall & Stevens, where he served as Senior Associate. Mr. Neumayer received an MBA and Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University.

Mr. James William Hirschmann III, also known as Jim, is the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Western Asset Management Company. Mr. Hirschmann joined the firm in 1989. He also serves as a Managing Director and Director of Western Asset Management Company Limited. Mr. Hirschmann is the Chief Operating Officer at Legg Mason Inc., and has served as its President since May 1, 2006. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Marketing at Atalanta Sosnoff Capital, LLC. Mr. Hirschmann served as a Vice President and Director of Marketing at Financial Trust Corporation. He has been the Chairman of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation since July 2009. Mr. Hirschmann also serves as a Director of Medical Simulation Corporation. He is a Trustee of Widener College.
