Mr. Kohn graduated in 1988 from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Mr. Joseph Earl Micheletti has been Executive Vice President of Westmoreland Resources GP, LLC, General Partner of Westmoreland Resource Partners, LP since February 18, 2015. Mr. Micheletti serves as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Westmoreland Coal Company and served as its Executive Vice President since August 1, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Coal Operations at Westmoreland Coal Co. since June 2011 until August 1, 2014. He joined Westmoreland in August 1998 and served several key leadership positions at several Westmoreland mining projects. Mr. Micheletti has worked in the production, maintenance, processing and engineering disciplines of the mining industry for 24 years and sits as a Director of the Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute. Mr. Micheletti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Processing Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.
