Mr. David K. Holeman, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer at Whitestone REIT since November 21, 2006 and served as its Vice President since August 6, 2007. Mr. Holeman serves as the Principal Accounting Officer at Whitestone REIT. He is responsible for the management of all aspects of financial affairs, including financial reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Holeman served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary at Gexa Corporation since June 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hartman Management, L.P. Mr. Holeman served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Gexa Energy for two years. He worked for the Texas-based Houston Cellular Telephone Company for seven years served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller. In addition, Mr. Holeman worked in several positions with HMSS, an alternative site health services provider, including controller and assistant controller. He has several years of financial experience in the telecommunication, healthcare and public accounting industries. Mr. Holeman started his career as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Holeman received a BA Degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Ms. Christine C.J. Mastandrea serves as a Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Whitestone REIT since 2013. Ms. Mastandrea served as Vice President of Property Strategy and Market Research at Whitestone REIT. Ms. Mastandrea joined Whitestone REIT (NYSE:WSR) in 2013 to lead the product strategy and marketing efforts. Prior to, she advised Whitestone in its business development and strategy. She also worked with the executive team on high-priority projects including the firm's IPO in 2010. She started her career in banking at Robert W. Baird. Later, she served as a Chief Operating Officer at MidWest Development Corporation in Chicago, Ill and founding partner of Paragon Real Estate LLP, a partnership specializing in the restructuring and recapitalization of commercial real estate companies. She is a former trustee of the International Women's Air and Space Museum. She currently serves on numerous boards including Lake Erie College, Calvin College Regional Council and Cleveland Clinic Advisory Board for Women's Health. She earned her MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, III. She has a Private Pilot's License and is an Avid Martial Artist.
