Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. There is this mentality of all employees being responsible for maintaining our culture, which was a very positive force on the office.

Right of the bat, my managers and colleagues made great efforts to build relationships with me and make me feel welcome. Within the first week I was invited to company outings, team bonding nights, and was immediately integrated into the community.

When I performed well, my manager made sure that I knew it and was quick to praise me; when I fell short or struggled, my manager was eager to provide constructive and encouraging feedback. There was a consistent emphasis on learning and growth.
