The leadership team is very approachable and transparent with the entire company. All of the data is made available to everyone, and the leadership team ensures that everyone in all offices not only is aware of everything going on, but also has the opportunity to make an impact on these decisions.

There is always room for salary negotiation and salaries are fair. Benefits are great as well!

Everyone is instantly adaptable. From day 1, you never would've guessed that I had just started. The team immediately welcomed me into the fold and began transferring responsibilities over to me and including me in the group, even after work hours activities!

Everyone comes in on a daily basis no matter what else is going on in their life and is positive. It makes it easy to get over any bumps in the road when everyone supports each other and just wants the workplace to be as happy as possible.

The culture and environment of Wibbitz is my favorite part of the company. When you work at Wibbitz, it feels like working for a family. Everyone is extremely close and enjoys working with one another. The People Operations team does an amazing job at planning events for the whole company as well.

We are growing really fast and are hiring a bunch of new people, and the best thing I've seen so far is how welcome we make people feel. We do a ton of outings together: celebrate birthdays, happy hours, go to movies, eat lunch together, etc. It's really important to us that it feels like a family.
