They lead by example. They are hardworking, good listeners, true professionals and first and foremost good people. They respect every employee and are so respected by employees in return.

My team is not only helpful, professional and nice they are people I would be friends with regardless of work. Being an employee at Wibbitz really is like joining a family!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am trusted to get my work done and not mirco-managed. Everyone is always willing to help out and there is always room for a new project/ opportunity for collaboration.
