Being trusted to do my job and having a great team around me that supports me in doing that. Plus everyone truly is friends so being in the office is always comfortable and positive.

Everyone is instantly adaptable. From day 1, you never would've guessed that I had just started. The team immediately welcomed me into the fold and began transferring responsibilities over to me and including me in the group, even after work hours activities!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone comes in on a daily basis no matter what else is going on in their life and is positive. It makes it easy to get over any bumps in the road when everyone supports each other and just wants the workplace to be as happy as possible.
