What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm really fortunate to work with amazing people, who really care for the company, the product and each other. We work hard, but we also make time to get to know each other and really build a relationship.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want to hear everyone's opinion and they really listen to it. Even if you're a brand new intern, your voice is absolutely heard and you are invited to join in on conversation that will result in actual change for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are growing really fast and are hiring a bunch of new people, and the best thing I've seen so far is how welcome we make people feel. We do a ton of outings together: celebrate birthdays, happy hours, go to movies, eat lunch together, etc. It's really important to us that it feels like a family.
