Mr. James T. McCubbin, also known as Jim, has been Consultant at Widepoint Corporation since October 31, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from August 1998 to October 31, 2017 and served as its Secretary and Treasurer from November 1998 to October 31, 2017. Mr. McCubbin serves as the Chief Financial Officer of WidePoint Solutions Corporation. He served as a Consultant of Tianyin Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. since June 4, 2012. Mr. McCubbin provides financial consulting services to small cap companies and has either served on or assisted various Boards of Directors over the past seven years. Mr. McCubbin served as the Compliance Officer of Prophase Labs, Inc. Mr. McCubbin served as Controller and Assistant Secretary of Widepoint Corp. from December 1997 to August 1998 and its Vice President from December 1997 to May 2008. While at WidePoint, he has also assisted several other small and development stage companies in business plan development, strategic realignment and organizational development. Previously, he held various financial and management positions with a wide range of companies including Ernst & Young, Marmac Investments, Memtec America Corporation., Martin Marietta Corp. (now known as Lockheed Martin), McBee Consulting Associates, Memtec Ltd., and Marmac Associates. Prior to the Share Exchange, he served as Chief Financial Officer of 360 Global Wine Company (formerly known as Knightsbridge Fine Wines Inc.) since August 1, 2003 and was responsible for directing financial operations and also served as its Consultant. Mr. McCubbin has over 20 years of Financial Management experience including 10 years' experience with small-cap public reporting companies. He has over 15 years experience working with small and micro cap companies and over 7 years experience in public reporting and compliance with both 33 and 34 act knowledge. He has developed contacts and knowledge that assist small and micro cap companies in reducing expenses as it relates to; corporate compliance and audit review, especially given the new constraints from Sarbanes-Oxley. Mr. McCubbin has been a Director of The Quigley Corporation since June 12, 2009. He served as an Independent Director of Prophase Labs, Inc. since June 12, 2009 until May 18, 2017. Mr. McCubbin served as a Director of Widepoint Corp. since November 1998 until June 2016. Mr. McCubbin served as a Director of Red Mile Entertainment Inc. from November 29, 2006 to March 1, 2008. He served as a Director of Tianyin Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. from February 29, 2008 to June 4, 2012. His financial background is further enhanced with strong skills in the areas of human resources, contract administration, corporate insurance management and project management and development. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in International Business & Management.

Mr. Jason Holloway has been the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at WidePoint Corporation since May 17, 2016 and serves as is Executive Vice President. Mr. Holloway has been in the Information Technology industry for over 25 years. He has held senior executive positions in multiple IT organizations, with a primary focus on business development, sales and management to profitability. He has industry vertical experience in Government, Technology, Finance, Transportation, Health Care, Entertainment and Manufacturing. He co-founded Nexcentri, an IT provider for the Credit Union industry, in 2001 and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer until 2013. At Nexcentri, working with key vendor partners including Microsoft, First Data and HP, he developed and implemented three successful financial services software products and was recognized as the first Credit Union service organization to successfully conduct business internationally. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Networked Knowledge Systems (NKS), a global Linux security managed service company, where he increased annual revenue over 800% in five years, servicing clients such as IBM and PwC, making NKS an Open Source Managed Security industry leader. In addition, he has held several key executive roles within technology start-up companies that were being positioned for IPO. He has a long record of delivering results in growth, revenue, operational performance and profitability in each of his prior ventures. Also, with his strong background in operations and finance, he has led numerous corporate initiatives involving process reengineering, turnaround and reorganization, which align perfectively with current efforts rationalize sales and marketing and G&A. Mr. Holloway holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Bachelor's degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics. He is also a certified ISO and IEEE Internal Auditor, Certified Quality Administrator (CQA), and a certified Total Quality Management (TQM) facilitator.

Ms. Caroline Godfrey has been Chief Security Officer and Executive Vice President of WidePoint Cybersecurity Solutions Corporation at WidePoint Corp. since December 2017. Ms. Godfrey is Chief Security Officer and Executive Vice President for WidePoint's Cybersecurity Division: WidePoint Cybersecurity Solutions Corporation (formerly ORC, Inc). Ms. Godfrey leads the Company's strategic cyber initiatives focusing on process efficiencies, revenue generation, and organizational growth for the advancement of shareholder value. Ms. Godfrey strongly believes in delivering industry-leading solutions to mitigate the ever-growing risks inherent in Identity and Access Management. She continuously seeks to innovate WidePoint offerings for customers requiring industry, government or U.S. Department of Defense / DoD-compliant Identity Management (IdM) solutions. Ms. Godfrey holds a dual Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from James Madison University and Master's of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from American University. Ms. Godfrey is a member of the Washington, D.C. chapter of Women In Technology (WIT).

Mr. Kito Mussa has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at WidePoint Corporation since December 2017 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from October 31, 2017 to December 2017. Mr. Mussa served as the Company's Controller at WidePoint since 2012 and Vice President and Controller since 2016. Mr. Mussa has played a key role driving changes in business practices and financial operations throughout the WidePoint Corporation in a number of areas including but not limited to financial systems, financial reporting, internal controls, contracting, human resources, tax and legal compliance and providing business advice to senior management and operational management. Mr. Mussa has strong industry expertise in information technology, healthcare, consumer finance and professional services as a result of his over 15+ years of experience in public accounting at Moss Adams LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP providing audit, business valuation and management advisory services to public and privately held corporations. Mr. Mussa also held the role of SEC Director of Financial Reporting at American Express from 2004 through 2007 where he was responsible for implementing and overseeing internal control over SEC and management financial reporting, streamlining and automating financial reporting, migrating and consolidating accounting operations, as well as assisting with Form 10 registration filings related to the spin-off of Ameriprise Financial and establishing financial reporting structures at the newly formed company. He is a licensed certified public accountant in Washington and Virginia and holds several globally recognized credentials in the areas of financial accounting, forensic accounting and international financial management. Mr. Mussa holds Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Seattle University.

Mr. Ian Sparling has been the Chief Executive Officer at Soft-ex Communications Ltd., (WidePoint's subsidiary) since 2005. Mr. Sparling has been President of Soft-ex Communications since January 2018. He is instrumental in driving recent Soft-ex successes, delivering substantial year-on-year growth. Mr Sparling oversees international operations, sales, marketing, human resources, engineering, customer advocacy and product development. He is focused on leading the Soft-ex strategy in the Telecom Data Intelligence market, while continuing to expand into new overseas markets. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Sparling held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer and CFO at Soft-ex. He was also Group Financial Controller at a large public quoted (LSE) European Industrial HoldingCompany and worked in assurance for a number of years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition,Mr. Sparling has acted as a Board Advisor to a number of internationally traded Irish companies. He joined Soft-ex in 2001 as the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager and has widespread experience in corporate management and the telecommunications industry. Prior to Soft-ex, he served as a Member of the Executive Team at Fitzwilton Plc., a quoted, international investment vehicle. Before Fitzwilton, he served at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin for over four years where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He serves as a Director at Soft-ex Ltd. Mr. Sparling holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Postgraduate in Finance from University College Dublin. Mr. Sparling is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and additional business qualifications from the Smurfit Business School. He also holds a Diploma in International Selling from Dublin Institute of Technology. With a keen interest in both Strategy and Leadership, Mr. Sparling is a guest lecturer for a number of MBA programs.
