Mr. Johnny M. Priest has been Executive Vice President of Utility Transmission & Distribution at Willbros Group Inc. since October 22, 2014 and serves as its President of Utility Transmission & Distribution. Mr. Priest served as an Executive Vice President and Product Line Executive of Utility Transmission & Distribution at Willbros Group Inc., since October 22, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Argos Utilities Corporation since September 2004. He served as Senior Vice President of Utility T&D at Willbros Group Inc. He joined Willbros in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Willbros, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Argos Utilities from April 2009 to March 2012. He has over 42 years of experience in the Transmission and Distribution maintenance and construction area. Beginning as a lineman with Duke Energy in 1967, he held many positions, finally taking the leadership role in Duke's Energy Delivery Services Division. Mr. Priest served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Contracting Enterprises, Incorporated, since July 2008. After the sale of EDS to The Shaw Group in 2004, he continued to served in the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of the business. After serving an interim assignment as president of MasTec North America Energy Group, his first service to Argos began in the role of consultant. He has managed and Presided over a number of companies including: MasTec Energy Group and Shaw Energy Delivery Services (formerly owned by Duke Energy). Mr. Priest served as a Director of Argos Utilities Corporation since September 29, 2010. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Mr. Harry W. New served as President of Oil & Gas Segment at Willbros Group Inc. since January 2015 and Senior Vice President of Oil & Gas of Willbros Group Inc since January 2016 until January 12, 2018. Mr. New has 28 years of experience. He is an executive with the respect of the industry and an enviable track record in the pipeline construction industry. He served as Vice President of Willbros United States Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Jeffrey B. Kappel, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Willbros Group, Inc. since August 30, 2017. Mr. Kappel served as Corporate Controller of Operations at Willbros Group, Inc. He has 11 years of experience in the Engineering & Construction industry. He was Director ??? Finance for JGC America, Inc., an engineering and construction company, from May 2014 to August 2014. Prior to May 2013, he served in several capacities for Technip USA (formerly The Shaw Group), an engineering and construction company specializing in hydrocarbon production facilities, beginning in 2006. Mr. Kappel's positions with Technip included Group Controller ??? Shaw Energy & Chemicals Segment and Controller ??? Subsea North American Region. From January 1997 to September 2006, he served in several positions with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. Mr. Kappel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1996. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. S. Brett Luz has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Willbros Group, Inc. since August 30, 2017. Mr. Luz served as Corporate Controller of Financial Reporting for Willbros Group, Inc. His responsibility for the preparation of Willbros Group, Inc.'s regulatory filings. He has been associated with Willbros for six years. Before joining Willbros, he spent eight years with PwC. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Ms. Linnie A. Freeman has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Willbros Group Inc. since April 1, 2016. Ms. Freeman has been Corporate Secretary at Willbros Group, Inc. since January 2017. She served as Vice President of Legal at Willbros Group Inc. from June 2015 to March 2016 and served as its Associate General Counsel from May 2008 to May 2015. Before joining Willbros in 2008, she was in private practice and represented the Company in a variety of matters beginning in 2001. Ms. Freeman has practiced law for more than 30 years and her legal experience includes work with mergers and acquisitions, construction contracts, construction claims, litigation management and compliance matters. Ms. Freeman is an active member of the state bar association of Texas and an inactive member of the state bar association of California. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and holds her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Texas.

Mr. Stanley Tedder has been President of Chapman Construction of Willbros Group Inc. since June 1, 2015. Mr. Tedder joined to Chapman with 40 years of experience in the T&D construction and maintenance business. He has held numerous positions during his career including President and Chief Executive Officer and Owner of 3 Phase Construction, headquartered in New Hampshire for 17 years. His knowledge of the business and the ability to guide the growth and expansion of Chapman Construction is a welcome addition to a company that is rich in history and performance under the past leadership of Calvin Hargrave.

Mr. Jeremy Kinch has been the Chief Operating Officer of Willbros Canada at Willbros Group Inc., since July 1, 2014 and its President of The Canada Segment since April 7, 2017. Mr. Kinch has been Senior Vice President of Canada at Willbros Group, Inc. since April 18, 2017. He served as a Vice President of Technical Services and Human Resources at Willbros Group Inc. from December 2013 to July 1, 2014. He initially joined Willbros as a Project Manager in 2008 and subsequently served the positions of General Manager, Pipelines and General Manager, Field Services. His prior work experience was in the Engineering and Construction industry since 1993. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Kinch holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen's University.

Darrell L. Hallmark has been Senior Vice President of Operations of Chapman Construction at Willbros Group Inc. since May 2011.
