Mr. Charles F. Willis, IV, also known as Charli, is the Founder of Willis Lease Finance Corp and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 1985. Mr. Willis has 40 years of experience in the aviation industry. From 1975 to 1985, he served as the President of Willis Lease Finance's predecessor, Charles F. Willis Company, which purchased, financed and/or sold a variety of large commercial transport aircraft and provided consulting services to the aviation industry. He served as the President of Willis Lease Finance Corp, from 1985 to July 2011. During 1974, he operated a small business not involved in the aviation industry. From 1972 to 1973, Mr. Willis served as an Assistant Vice President of Sales at Seaboard World Airlines, a freight carrier. From 1965 to 1972, he held various positions at Alaska Airlines, including positions in the departments of flight operations, sales and Marketing. He serves as the Chairman of Gavarnie Holding LLC at Hawaii Island Air, Inc. Mr. Willis has been the Chairman and Director at Willis Lease Finance Corp. since 1996 and 1985 respectively.

Mr. Scott B. Flaherty has been Chief Financial Officer of Colt Finance Corp. since October 2010 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Flaherty has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Colt Defense LLC since November 10, 2010. He has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Willis Lease Finance Corp. since June 6, 2016. He served as Chief Corporate Development Officer of Colt Finance Corp. from May 2009 to October 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC until April 2016. Mr. Flaherty served as Chief Corporate Development Officer of Colt Defense LLC. He has been with Colt Defense and Colt Finance Corp. since May of 2009. He served as a Managing Director in the equity capital markets origination business at Banc of America Securities LLC. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities in 2001, he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston. He worked as an engineer at the Pratt and Whitney division of the United Technologies Corporation from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Flaherty received a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.

Mr. Marc Pierpoint has been Vice President of Portfolio Management & Trading at Willis Lease Finance Corp. since April 13, 2016. Mr. Pierpoint has extensive experience in business development, sales, engine leasing, asset trading, engineering and finance. Over the past 27 years, Mr. Pierpoint served in increasingly responsible positions with Rolls-Royce PLC, Rolls-Royce Capital Ltd. and IAE International Aero Engines AG, including serving as Treasurer of IAE for nearly a decade. Immediately before joining Willis Lease, Mr. Pierpoint served as Vice President of Lessors for Rolls-Royce North America. Mr. Pierpoint served as Treasurer and then Vice President of Leasing & Asset Management for IAE. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pierpoint has been heavily involved in billions of dollars of aircraft and engine financing, sales and aftermarket transactions involving airlines and leasing companies around the world. He earned an M.B.A. from the Loughborough University School of Business in the U.K. and graduated with honors from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Mr. Brian Richard Hole has been President of Willis Lease Finance Corp. since March 31, 2016. Mr. Hole served as the Chief Investment Officer of Willis Lease Finance Corp. until March 31, 2016 and its Senior Vice President from March 18, 2016 to March 31, 2016. Before joining Willis Lease, Mr. Hole served as President of Aviation Opportunity Management LLC, advising large international financial institutions on investment in aviation assets. Before that, he served as counsel for Pratt & Whitney and IAE International Aero Engines AG where he was involved in a variety of aviation business activities, including aircraft and engine financing, capital raising, joint ventures, workouts, OEM engine sales and aftermarket transactions. He began his career as an attorney at Bingham McCutchen LLP, representing large financial institutions. He has a J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. degree from Georgetown University.

Mr. Dean Michael Poulakidas has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Willis Lease Finance Corp., since April 1, 2013 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Poulakidas served as an Executive of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Prior to joining Willis Lease in September 2011, Mr. Poulakidas served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC). Prior to ILFC, he was a Senior Associate with the Corporate, Securities and Financial Institutions Practice Group of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro where his transactional experience included Latin American, European and Asian joint ventures, as well as international and domestic mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Poulakidas earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, his masters from Columbia University and his law degree from the University of California's Hastings College of Law in San Francisco.

Jennifer Torlone serves as the Vice President Information Technology of Willis Lease Finance Corporation. Jennifer started at Willis Lease Finance Corporation in Jan of 2018. Jennifer currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.

Craig Welsh serves as the SVP & Chief Commercial Officer, Americas & Asia of Willis Lease Finance Corporation. Craig currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Dave Desaulniers serves as the Vice President Regional Engines of Willis Lease Finance Corporation. Dave currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
