FIRE ROSS MATHEE, A SNR VP/BR MGR, WHO CALLED ME TWICE AND VERBALLY ABUSED ME, UNTIL I DISCONNECTED BOTH CALLS. HE THEN CREATED A COVER-UP OF WHAT HE'D DONE AND INVOLVED 15 OTHER, UPPER ECHELON, BR MGRS, DIR OF RETAIL BANKING, AMONG OTHERS. THEY THEN CLOSED MY ACCT FRAUDULENTLY AND LIED ABOUT IT.
