FIRE ROSS MATHEE, A SNR VP/BR MGR, WHO CALLED ME TWICE AND VERBALLY ABUSED ME, UNTIL I DISCONNECTED BOTH CALLS. HE THEN CREATED A COVER-UP OF WHAT HE'D DONE AND INVOLVED 15 OTHER, UPPER ECHELON, BR MGRS, DIR OF RETAIL BANKING, AMONG OTHERS. THEY THEN CLOSED MY ACCT FRAUDULENTLY AND LIED ABOUT IT.
Long time employee. With so many changes the company does not have a fully figured out company culture.
A real culture. The company has grown so fast in a short amount of time that new emplyees have adopted their former emplyee culture into an environment that has no identity outside of being "Chicago's Bank".
