There's such an "all hands on deck" attitude. Everyone wants to help everyone and is comfortable volunteering for something outside of their role if it needs to get done.
Everyone is so mission driven and so good at what they do. I have so many people I can turn to when I need support and I genuinely enjoy working with them.
