Mr. Mark A. Turner has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of WSFS Financial Corporation and also of its subsidiary Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB (WSFS Bank) since July 31, 2017 and April 26, 2007 respectively. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Turner joined WSFS Financial Corp. in 1996 as Managing Vice President and Controller. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Vice President of Finance for the Capital Markets Division of Meridian Bank, CoreStates Bank and Vice President of Corporate Development for Meridian Bancorp. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Audit Manager with KPMG LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been Director of WSFS Financial Corp. and also its subsidiary Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB (WSFS Bank) since April 26, 2007. He has been Member of Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council at Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Inc., since January 1, 2014. He serves as Member of Federal Advisory Council at Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He serves as a Trustee for Christiana Care, Inc. Mr. Turner serves on the Boards of Directors of the Delaware Bankers Association, Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, the Delaware Chapter of the March of Dimes (past Chairman), the Delaware Community Foundation, the Lincoln Club of Delaware and the WSFS Foundation. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the Delaware Bankers Association and also serves as The Vice Chairman of the Board of the Delaware Business Roundtable, the Executive Committee of the Board of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. He also earned a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), co-sponsored by The Gallup Organization. He earned his CPA in 1987. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and management from La Salle University, a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Dominic C. Canuso, C.F.A has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of WSFS Financial Corporation since June 13, 2016. Mr. Canuso served as Senior Director of Finance at Barclaycard US. Prior to that, Mr. Canuso served as Director of Finance and Corporate Planning, Strategy and Analysis at Advanta Corporation. Prior to joining Advanta, Mr. Canuso served as a Strategy, Finance and Economic Consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP. As a member of the senior management team at Barclaycard, the fastest-growing top 10 credit card issuer in the United States, Mr. Canuso was responsible for corporate and business forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A), balance sheet management, strategic planning and business performance analysis. In addition, he designed and led governance around the creation of a new deal approval process and committee which analyzed and evaluated acquisition and partnership opportunities. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Canuso has gained comprehensive and diverse experience in finance, forecasting, marketing, investment optimization and decisioning. Mr. Canuso is a 1998 graduate of Villanova University. He earned his Executive MBA from Villanova University in 2006. Mr. Canuso is a charter holder and member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.

Mr. Rodger Levenson has been Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of WSFS Financial Corp. since July 31, 2017 and June 2016 respectively. Mr. Levenson served as Chief Corporate Development Officer of WSFS Financial Corp. since June 2016. Mr. Levenson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of WSFS Financial Corporation since April 2015 until June 2016. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of WSFS Bank. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer at Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB since March 2015. He has been an Executive Vice President of WSFS Bank since 2006 and serves as Executive Vice President of WSFS Financial Corp. He joined WSFS with over 20 years of leadership experience in commercial banking. He served as an Executive Vice President and Head of the Commercial Banking Division of WSFS Financial Corp. from February 2007 to March 2015. He served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Citizens Bank in Philadelphia, PA, where he led teams in Business, Commercial and Specialized Banking units. From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Levenson was Senior Vice President and Manager at Citizens Bank and from 1986 to 2003 he held a number of positions at Wachovia Bank, including Senior Vice President and Managing Director. He has been a Director at United Way Of Delaware Inc. since June 25, 2009. He serves on the Board of Directors of JEVS Human Services and the Delaware Bankers Association. Mr. Levenson received his MBA degree in Finance from Drexel University and a BBA degree in Finance from Temple University.

Mr. Richard M. Wright has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer at Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB since March 2006. Mr. Wright has been the Chief Retail Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of WSFS Bank since March 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Services Division at WSFS Financial Corp., since March 27, 2006. He served as Director of Marketing at Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB since January 2008. Mr. Wright served as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking of WSFS Bank, a subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corp. Mr. Wright has over 21 years of retail banking and marketing experience. He served as Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking of WSFS Bank since 2006. Mr. Wright served as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking Division at DNB Financial Corp., until January 4, 2006. He served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Retail Banking at DNB First, National Association, a subsidiary of DNB Financial Corp., from 2003 to January 4, 2006. He served as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking and Marketing at DNB Financial Corp. since October 16, 2003. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Firstrust Bank from 1995 to 2003. Prior to his experience at Firstrust, Mr. Wright served as Regional Manager and Marketing Director for the oldest and most prominent bank in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Hollandi Bank and held positions with Mellon Bank, Philadelphia, PA, Sears Savings Bank and Old Kent Bank, Grand Rapids, MI. He is Vice President of the Executive Committee of the Delaware Humane Association Board of Directors and is also a member of the Boards of Directors of the Delaware Council on Economic Education and the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley. Mr. Wright holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses along with Life, Health and Property & Casualty licenses. Mr. Wright received a BA in Marketing and Economics from California State University in 1975 and an MBA in Management Decision Systems from the University of Southern California in 1976.

Mr. Patrick Joseph Ward, also known as Pat, has been an Executive Vice President and Pennsylvania Market President at WSFS Financial Corporation since August 12, 2016. Mr. Ward Co-Founded Penn Liberty Bank and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including executive experience with Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania and Commonwealth BanCorp. in Malvern, PA. He served as the President and Treasurer of Lamperd Less Lethal Inc., from October 22, 2001 to February 25, 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania from January 2003 to January 2004, oversaw and managed specialized industries, including Government Banking, Professional Banking and Not-For-Profit Businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region. He served as the President of Citizens Bank in Delaware. He served as the President of Commonwealth Bancorp, Inc. since 1996 and its Chief Executive officer since 2001. He served as the President of Commonwealth Bank, a subsidiary of Commonwealth Bancorp, Inc. since 1996 and its Chief Executive officer since 2001. He joined Commonwealth in 1992 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He held a variety of positions at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including Vice President and Controller of Mellon Bank's Wholesale Banking Group and Vice President and Controller of its Retail Banking Group. Mr. Paul D. Geraghty, Sr. has been Chief Wealth Officer and Executive Vice President of WSFS Financial Corp. and Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB since August 2011. Mr. Geraghty served as Pennsylvania Market President of WSFS Financial Corp. and WSFS Bank since March 2015. Mr. Geraghty served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Harleysville National Corp. since July 23, 2007. Mr. Geraghty served as Executive Vice President of Harleysville National Bank since 2007. He joined National City in August 1999 when National City Corporation opened its Philadelphia Corporate Banking office. Previously, Mr. Geraghty held various positions with CoreStates, which merged with First Union in 1998. He served as Executive Vice President of National City Bank from 1999 to 2004 and served as Executive Vice President of Specialized Banking Group at National City Corporation from 2004 to 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of National City Corporation. He also served from 1978 to 1998 with CoreStates Bank in various capacities including head of its corporate banking group from 1996 to 1998 and then with First Union Capital Markets as head of domestic correspondent banking, its international corporate banking division and its London branch. Mr. Geraghty served as Director of Harleysville National Corp. and Harleysville National Bank since July 23, 2007. He served as Director of Harleysville National Bank & Trust Co. He serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 1974 and pursued graduate study in business at Lehigh University.

Mr. Luke M. Donaldson has been Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at WSFS Financial Corporation since July 2017. Mr. Donaldson leads WSFS's channel strategy initiatives, take ownership for critical partnerships that impact and influence customers experiences and champion optimization efforts throughout the organization. Mr. Donaldson joined WSFS Bank in November 2016 as Vice President, Director of the Project Management Office and IT Management Services. Prior to joining WSFS, his roles included as Chief Technology Officer for Beneficial Bank, founder of a business development company with multi-regional operations and various leadership roles in software development, information security and payment systems during his 16 year tenure with MBNA.

Mr. S. James Mazarakis, also known as Jim has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Wilmington Savings Fund Society Bank since February 2010. Mr. Mazarakis served as an Interim Chief Technology Officer of WSFS Financial since May 2009. He has 30 years of experience in banking investment management and brokerage services. He served on senior leadership teams, both as Chief Information Officer for T. Rowe Price and Managing Director and Divisional Chief Information Officer at J.P. Morgan Investment Asset Management. He worked on large scale international projects and merger and acquisition teams at Capital One Financial and Goldman Sachs. He has led organizations as large as 1080 people and managed budgets exceeding $240 million. He is frequently quoted in technology publications and was recognized in 2007 by Information Week as a Top 10 Innovator for his work at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Mazarakis is the Vice Chairman of the Maryland/DC Audubon Society and serves on the Technology Advisory Board of the United Way of Central Maryland. Mr. Mazarakis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science Degree in Management of Technology from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Mr. James A. Gise serves as Senior Vice President & Middle Market Division Manager at WSFS Financial Corporation. Mr. Gise leads a team of relationship managers and portfolio managers charged with providing commercial lending and deposit services to Middle Market businesses throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. He served Senior Vice President and Team Leader In The Middle Market Commercial Lending Division at WSFS Financial Corporation since September 3, 2014. He served as Vice President and Relationship Manager of WSFS Financial Corp. Before joining WSFS in 2010, Mr. Gise spent twenty-four years with Wells Fargo (and its predecessors) in various senior relationship management and underwriting capacities. He is active on the boards of First State Community Loan Fund, Naamans Little League and the Delaware Bandits Baseball Club. Mr. Gise graduated from the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also received his Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.

Mr. John L. Olsen has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of WSFS Financial Corp. since August 22, 2011. Mr. Olsen joined to WSFS Financial Corp with over 25 years of financial and legal industry experience in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He began his career as an Associate at Lassen, Smith, Katzenstein & Furlow. In 1986, he moved to Duane, Morris and Heckscher where he preformed general corporate, commercial and securities practice, including counseling clients on Delaware corporate and commercial law issues. In 1994, Mr. Olsen transitioned to Wilmington Trust where he served as Vice President and Counsel. He holds JD in Law from University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1981-1984 and BA Degree in Economics and Classics from The George Washington University from 1976-1980.
