Mr. Marcel Verbaas has been the Chief Executive Officer of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since 2007 and served as its President since 2007 until November 2017. Mr. Verbaas has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc. since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since January 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President of Real Estate since December 2004. He served as the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of CNL Retirement Properties Inc. and CNL Retirement Corp. until December 31, 2004. Mr. Verbaas served as the Senior Vice President of Structured Investments at CNL Hospitality Corp. from August 2000 to July 2003. Prior to joining CNL, he served as a Director of Corporate Finance at Stormont Trice Development Corporation from July 1998 to August 2000. He has been Chairman of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since November 3, 2017 and has been its Director since August 6, 2014. Mr. Verbaas acquired extensive real estate finance expertise through various originations and underwriting positions with GE Capital Corp. and Ocwen Financial Corp. Mr. Verbaas received a Master's Degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Mr. Philip A. Wade serves as a Senior Vice President at Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Wade has been the Chief Investment Officer of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since January 2014 and is responsible for investment activities and has been involved in all of its hotel acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Wade served as Chief Investment Officer of Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc., from January 2014 to March 2014 and also served as its Senior Vice President since January 2011 and Vice President since 2007. From 2005 to 2007, He was the Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management for The Procaccianti Group. Mr. Wade received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Mr. Joseph T. Johnson, also known as Joe, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of CHT Acworth GA Owner, LLC. Mr. Johnson has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since May 2015 and served as its Principal Financial Officer from March 14, 2016 to April 25, 2016. Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Financial Officer of CNL Healthcare Trust, Inc., since August 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President since June 2010. He served as a Treasurer of CNL Healthcare Trust, Inc. since April 2012 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer & Secretary since June 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. from August 5, 2011 to May 1, 2015 and February 2007 to May 1, 2015 respectively. Mr. Johnson served as a Treasurer at CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. since April 2012. Mr. Johnson served as a Chief Account Officer of CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc from June 2010 to August 4, 2011 and also served as its Secretary. Mr. Johnson has over 15 years of experience in the accounting, financial, lodging and real estate sectors to his new position with Xenia. Mr. Johnson was employed in the audit practice of KPMG LLP from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.S. in Accounting in 1997 and an M.S. in Accounting in 1999, both from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Barry A. N. Bloom, Ph.D. has been the President of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since November 3, 2017 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since July 2013. Mr. Bloom served as Executive Vice President of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since July 2013 until November 3, 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc. since July 1, 2013 until March 2014. He has assumed responsibility for all of Inland American Lodging Advisor's asset management and project management activities. He co-founded and was a Principal of Abacus Lodging Investors LLC from 2008 to 2011. From July 2011 to June 2013, Mr. Bloom served as an Associate Professor of the Practice in the School of Hospitality Administration at Boston University and from July 2010 to June 2011, Mr. Bloom served as an Instructor in the School of Hospitality Leadership at DePaul University. He served as a Senior Executive at CNL Hotels & Resorts Inc. from 2003 to 2007 and was instrumental in the growth and ultimate liquidity event of CNL as its Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management and Administration since June 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President at the CNL Rose GP Corp. He also served as a Senior Vice President of Administration and Portfolio Management at CNL Hotels & Resorts Inc. since May 2003 and its Executive Vice President since April 1, 2006. He served as Senior Vice President at CNL Hospitality Corp. since May 2013. Mr. Bloom joined CNL Hospitality Corp. in May 2003 and he was responsible for the oversight of select hotel assets as well as directing efforts in management and franchise agreement administration, real estate ownership issues, hotel technology and integrating acquisitions into its existing portfolio management systems. Prior to CNL Hospitality Corp., he served as a Vice President of Investment Management at Hyatt Development Corporation for three years. At Hyatt, he was responsible for providing ownership discipline and oversight for over 50 hotels and provided direction and decision making for capital expenditures and real estate issues. Prior to serving as Vice President of Hyatt, he served as a Vice President at Tishman Hotel Corporation where he spent over ten years in a variety of capacities including investment banking, asset management and property management. He was also employed at Tishman Hotel & Realty. Prior to Tishman, he worked at VMS Realty Partners and Pannell Kerr Forster. Mr. Bloom holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1986.

Atish Shah serves as the EVP, CFO & Treasurer of Xenia Hotels & Resorts. Atish started at Xenia Hotels & Resorts in April of 2016. Atish currently resides in Orlando, Florida Area.
