Mr. Lizhou Zhang has been the Chief Executive Officer at Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since July 27, 2016. Mr. Zhang joined Xinyuan after working at Wanda Group for nearly seven years with different positions. Since January 2014, he served as General Manager at Wanda One UK Co., Ltd. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as an Assistant to the President of Wanda Group and General Manager of the Northern Project Management Center and Operation Center of Wanda Commercial Management Company. He served as General Manager at two different city companies of the Wanda Group. He has been an Executive Director at Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since July 27, 2016. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Chongqing University and a Master's degree in Monetary Banking from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.

Mr. Yong Zhang co-founded Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. in 1997 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until September 2013 and also served as its President. Mr. Zhang has more than 20 years of working experience in real estate industry. Prior to Xinyuan , he has worked at several construction and property development companies, including Zhengzhou City Construction and Development Inc. and China Antai Real Estate Development Inc. Mr. Zhang has been the Chairman of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since 2007. He serves as vice chairman of Henan Real Estate Association, a member of China Democratic National Construction Association and a deputy to the 12th People's Congress of Zhengzhou City. He serves as Director of Xinyuan Real Estate Company Ltd. Mr. Zhang received an executive master's degree in business administration from Tsinghua University in 2005 and a bachelor's degree in architecture from Henan Zhongzhou University in 1985.

Ms. Yuan Zhang, also known as Helen, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since September 26, 2016. Previously, Ms. Zhang served as Financial Controller and Executive Assistant To The Ceo at Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. until September 26, 2016. She served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since November 15, 2013. Ms. Zhang has been working for the Xinyuan Real Estate for nearly 5 years. She has more than a decade of experience in accounting, finance and investor relations having worked for companies with public listings in mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States. Her career encompasses working at China National Metals & Minerals Import & Export Corp.; China Netcom Group Company Ltd.; TechFaith Wireless Technology Ltd.; Baidu, Inc and Sohu.com Inc. Ms. Zhang received her Bachelor in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China and her MBA at Fordham University in 2001.

Mr. Wells Tian serves as Senior Partner at Korn/Ferry International where Mr. Tian leads its talent and leadership consulting business for Chinese companies. Mr. Tian was at Aon Hewitt and served as Vice President of its China division, General Manager of its North China division and Director of its leadership and senior executive compensation consulting practice in China. Mr. Tian has 18 years of management experience in various multinational corporations to Xinyuan. He has been an Executive Director of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since October 19, 2015. He served as an Independent Director of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. since October 19, 2015 until September 2016. Mr. Tian received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Qingdao University and holds an MBA in Administrative Engineering from Tsinghua University.
