Mr. Robert M. Di Silvio, also known as Bob, has been Consultant of Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. since January 8, 2016. Mr. Di Silvio served as the President of Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. since July 1, 2014 until January 8, 2016. He was responsible for management of sales, marketing and business development at Xtant Medical Holdings. He has over 30 years of experience serving in executive management positions in the medical industry, overseeing sales and marketing efforts in the management of medical sales operations with other industry leading companies, including Medical Data Electronics, Inc. and Hewlett-Packard's Medical Products Group. Prior to joining Xtant Medical Holdings, he served as President of Lumenis North America Region/General Manager of the Americas region and Senior Vice President for Lumenis Ltd. since January 2012 and also served as its General Manager of Lumenis North America Region. He joined Lumenis Ltd. in May 2001 and served as its Executive Vice President of Sales for the Americas, following the closing of the acquisition of the Coherent Medical Group. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Pyng Medical Corp. from March 16, 2009 to September 30, 2010 and served as its President from July 19, 2009 to September 30, 2010. He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Pyng Medical Corp. from September 2009 to November 2009. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pyng Medical Inc.; as Vice President Global Sales & Marketing of Safe Life Corp; as Vice President of US Field Operations Physio-Control Division of Medtronic, Inc. since May 1999; and as Vice President, US Field Operations of Coherent Medical Group (CMG). Prior to Coherent, he worked at Datex-Ohmeda, Inc. for seven years in various managerial positions which include Vice President and General Manager from September 1997 to October 1998 and served as General Manager Australia/New Zealand, from January 1995 to August 1997. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Pyng Medical Corp. since March 5, 2008. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Organic Chemistry and an M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Connecticut. He completed three years at the University of Rome School of Medicine, Italy.
