Mr. Gregory Barrett, also known as Greg, has been an Executive of ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. since November 20, 2017. Mr. Barrett served as the Head of Client Relations and Business Development at ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. from February 1, 2016 to November 20, 2017. Mr. Barrett has vast industry experience, including capital formation, capital introduction and entrepreneurial start-ups. Prior to joining ZAIS Group, he served as a Managing Director and a Senior Member at Dyal Capital Partners and co-headed its Business Services platform. Previously, Mr. Barrett served as Head of Prime Services Capital Solutions at Barclays Capital Inc. from 2008 to 2012 and held roles in its prime services business, most in the capital solutions group. During his tenure at Barclays, he served as Global Head of the Capital Solutions Group and subsequently responsible for key account coverage and supporting oversight of the Capital Solutions Group. Mr. Barrett earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Franklin and Marshall College.

Ms. Nisha Motani serves as Chief Accounting Officer at ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. and ZFC REIT. Ms. Motani has been Chief Financial Officer of ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. since December 1, 2016. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer at ZAIS Financial Corp. since March 20, 2013 and served as its Director. She serves as the Director of Fund Reporting at ZAIS Group, LLC (???ZAIS???) where she oversees annual audits, monthly net asset value reporting, quarterly and annual financial statement reporting and informational requests from investors for all ZAIS-managed entities. She is also responsible for setting internal accounting policies and procedures, researching accounting issues and serving as a direct liaison to the auditors and tax preparers for ZAIS-managed entities. Prior to joining ZAIS in October 2003, Ms. Motani served as a Senior Manager in the Financial Services audit practice of Deloitte & Touche where she specialized in Investment Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers School of Business.

Mr. Howard E. Steinberg is a Partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Mr. Steinberg serves as Executive Vice President and Manager of Prudential Equity Group LLC, Asset Management Arm. He has been Senior Legal Advisor of ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. since April 1, 2017. Mr. Steinberg served as General Counsel of ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. from 2011 to March 31, 2017. Prior to joining McDermott, Mr. Steinberg was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Prudential Equity Group & Prudential Securities, Inc. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities matters. He served as Managing Director of ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. until December 20, 2016. He served as Executive Vice President of Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. since May 1998 and served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from March 1983 to March 2000. He joined Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. in March 1983. Mr. Steinberg served as Chief of Corporate Operations and a Director of Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. since March 2000. He also served as Senior Vice President of Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. from March 1983 to May 1998. Prior to joining Reliance Group Holdings, Inc., he was a partner in the law firm of Dewey, Ballantine, Bushby, Palmer & Wood, where he specialized in corporate & securities law. Mr. Steinberg also served as Deputy Chairman of the Long Island Power Authority since May 1999 and served as its Chairman until November 2012. He previously served as Chairman of the New York State Thruway Authority from January 1996 to May 1999 and Chairman of the New York State Canal Corporation. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Steinberg was Editor of the Law Journal. He serves as a Director of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. He has served as a member of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, an Overseer of the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences, Chair of the Committee on Federal Regulation of the Securities Industry Association and a member of the Boards of Directors of Sheltering Arms Children's Service and the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund. Following his active enlisted service, Mr. Steinberg served as Captain, JACG, USAR.

Mr. Christian Markus Zugel has been Chief Investment Officer at Financial Corp. since March 9, 2016. Mr. Zugel serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of ZAIS Group Holdings, Inc. He serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of ZAIS Group LLC. Mr. Zugel served as the President at the firm. He founded ZAIS in 1997. Prior to this, Mr. Zugel was a Senior Executive at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., where he led its entry into many new trading initiatives and also served on the Asia Pacific management-wide and firm-wide market risk committees. Mr. Zugel serves as Director of ZAIS Financial Partners, L.P. He served as the Chairman of the Board of ZAIS Financial Corp. He received a Masters in Economics from the University of Mannheim..
