Mr. Tom Arnoy is Co-Founder of Zedge, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since July 2011. Mr. Arnoy From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Arnoy served as President at Zedge, Inc. Prior to joining Zedge, Mr. Arnoy was involved in several different mobile internet businesses including Webway AS; IMC Labs, which Mr. Arnoy founded in 2000 and was a part of Mobile Forza AS. At Mobile Forza AS, Mr. Arnoy managed the product and technology teams in Trondheim, Norway. Mr. Arnoy was a Project Leader for MobileZone AS. He has been Ex-Officio Director of Zedge, Inc. since June 2, 2016 and served as its Director since September 2008. Mr. Arnoy has served as a Director of Patchbox, AS since 2015.

Mr. Jonathan Reich has been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Zedge, Inc. since March 2016 and July 2011 respectively. Mr. Reich has been Co-Chief Executive Officer of Counsel RB Capital Inc. (Formerly, C2 Global Technologies Inc). since 2009. Mr. Reich has been Chief Executive Officer, Net2phone Global Services, LLC of Net2phone Inc. since August 1, 2003. He served as the President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Net2phone Inc. since July 2002 and served as its Executive Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development from January 1999 to July 2002. Prior to Net2phone Inc., Mr. Reich was IDT Corporation's Senior Vice President of Advertising, Marketing and Business Development in charge of strategic relationships for both Net2phone Inc. and IDT Corporation from June 1997 to December 1998 and IDT Corporation's Director of advertising from January 1995 to November 1997. From 1992 to 1993, he worked for Sanford Bernstein & Co. as an Associate Analyst. Mr. Reich was an internal Consultant to Morgan Stanley & Co. Mr. Reich is a Director at Hand-in-Hand, since 2005. Mr. Reich received a B.S. and M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1989 and 1993 respectively. In 1988, he received his Juris Doctor in law from Fordham University.

Mr. Tim Quirk has been Senior Vice President of Marketplace at Zedge, Inc. since September 2017. Mr. Quirk has spent past 15 years helping build groundbreaking digital music services. He Co-Founded Freeform Development, Inc. in 2014 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was part of the initial team at listen.com that launched Rhapsody, the first on demand music subscription service, in 2001. He served as Head of Global Content Programming for Google Play. He spent much of the 80's and 90's as the singer and lyricist for Too Much Joy.

Joyce J. Mason has served as an Executive Vice President of IDT Corporation (the Company) since December 1998 and as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company from its inception. Ms. Mason also served as a Director of the Company from its inception until December 2006. In addition, Ms. Mason was a Director of Zedge, Inc. a former subsidiary of the Company that was spun off to stockholders in June 2016, from September 2008 until May 2016, and she also served as a Director of IDT Telecom from December 1999 until May 2001 and as a director of Net2Phone from October 2001 until October 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Mason had been in private legal practice. Ms. Mason received a B.A. from the City University of New York and a J.D. from New York Law School.
