Customer Service is poor when handling defective concerns. They blame the customer before fully investigating the matter.
On my first order the prescription was read incorrect, therefore the representative told me what numbers to enter on my second order herself. The second order was wrong again, they blamed me for entering the wrong numbers. They will not give me a refund. It seems employees are optical professional
