What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, driven, execution oriented, big hearts
They are genuinely looking at the way we operate and taking accountability and action for improving. When there is a question about how to handle a situation they always error on the side of what is right for our employees.

Huge hearts and a joy to work with
Great people to work with
They are friendly, engaging, and have great analytical skills. They don't complain often, create meaningful processes, and are always willing to learn. We have a diverse team of really talented people and they are so good looking, one wonders why they are not on television.

Too many off topic discussions that are not relevant to the meeting
New leadership from the top
Better project management. Better cross functional cooperation. The design team was dismantled - it has been a mess
