We put in well above the mandatory 48 hours. There's weeks when my fellow managers and I are working 70 plus hours and we receive the same paycheck as someone who is putting in the bare minimum

They never keep employees they don't hire people who care they don't pay what you are worth and management is never the same at the store I am at

I pull doubles and never can get a thank you or a requested day off due to unstaff.
