Work life balance is not good. Leadership is terrible. The quality of your position greatly depends on the team you are apart of and the culture they uphold. Some are good some are bad. Generally people (team mates) are good, but leadership from management and higher is not.

Enabling employees to feel valued and appreciated for their work. As well as promote a better work life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do closely follows what I am pursuing in my career choice. I love the exposure it gives me and the new technologies I get to work with and learn about
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need more team building activities, need to promote more team communication and sharing. The culture is: when you arrive at work, there is no good morning, simply sit down and get to work. Likewise when you leave at the end of the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No matter how much effort, planning, or work you put into its execution you get a pat on the back and nothing more. You are handed your next assignment to work on. The people who stay at PCL are the ones who be there for a long time due to their insane dividends
