They are long time employees that have worked their way up in the organization. They understand our model and want to make each generation of leadership better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need better communication and explanation of what they expect from you. All quality Control was supposed to have shadowing day of the more experienced qc. The manager wants the new qc to shadowing each other when neither one of them understands the procedure they are supposed to follow ?

Unqualified management. Leadership is manages scopes they know nothing about.

Its like a good work as familiar and right time to work

Pay less than scale. False promises
No matter how much effort, planning, or work you put into its execution you get a pat on the back and nothing more. You are handed your next assignment to work on. The people who stay at PCL are the ones who be there for a long time due to their insane dividends
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire for culture first. Everything else can be taught. This reflects in our close-knit relationships with our teams.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Qc have meetings every morning where there is nothing being said. They are not talking about the work load nor are they educating the new employees that are hired to help them. They are wasting almost the first hour everyday pretending to have meeting

Its different and good environment to work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get a manager who want to manage people and understand there job keep every blended well. They need to follow pcl protocols. This is supposed to be a teaching company why am I not able to experience that?
Need more team building activities, need to promote more team communication and sharing. The culture is: when you arrive at work, there is no good morning, simply sit down and get to work. Likewise when you leave at the end of the day

Relationships with workers/sub contractors are great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They believe only two qc on the job know what to do. Those qcs will not teach the new qc what to do in order the job to run smoothly. They have already went through 3 qcs on the job I'm sure they will be going through more. Just follow protocols.
