- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They believe only two qc on the job know what to do. Those qcs will not teach the new qc what to do in order the job to run smoothly. They have already went through 3 qcs on the job I'm sure they will be going through more. Just follow protocols.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get a manager who want to manage people and understand there job keep every blended well. They need to follow pcl protocols. This is supposed to be a teaching company why am I not able to experience that?
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Qc have meetings every morning where there is nothing being said. They are not talking about the work load nor are they educating the new employees that are hired to help them. They are wasting almost the first hour everyday pretending to have meeting
