Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most companies in the area have unlimited PTO. It would be nice if we had the same benefits that most tech companies in this area have.
The salary increase process takes time

Make sure Browz management understands that we bought their company and now they need to adjust to our culture.
