The leadership team at LeapFrog Systems is always accessible to any employees and they are transparent about the decisions and direction coming from the top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to roll over or cash out PTO at the end of the year is awesome. I also like that our health benefits cover some of my gym membership.
