Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid extremely under market value and doing the work of 4 different positions because 1) we can't get budget for positions 2) no one applies we're not a well-known company 3) HR and recruiting makes no efforts to fill these positions so managers have to do it themselves
