I love the family oriented environment amongst employees in every branch. Customers are also welcomed as family every time they step in a branch with many of them joking, laughing, we even go as far as offering food when we cook out on the grill. its a fun experience. hard not to enjoy being there.

The quality of service we provide to our customers. How we have so many regular customers come in everyday

how easy it felt to talk to interviewers. the walkthrough of the branch and how employees voluntarily walked up and greeted you
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As i stated earlier, I just love the positive energy that flows through the company between higher up positions, lower employees and trickles down to the customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They offer FREE life insurance policies fully paid for by ABC Supply which I have never heard of in any other company. Medical, Dental and vision insurance is very fairly priced. They match 401k contributions up to 5% every year and of course Paid time off, sick days and etc.
