Understand that it's your lower level employees that actually get the job done. Not the desk jockeys. This company would be nothing without the people that actually get the work done. Compensate loaders better, and stop worshipping the managers that just sit back and collect their paycheck

Treating everybody equally and including everyone whether you have personal issues with them or not (personal issues was basically told not working hard enough one day). I've been with this company on and off since 2016. Everyday since 06/2020 and here I am job hunting again
Stop discrimination against people of color
Leadership need to take the feedback from employees and put that into making things for the team better, when complaints about management are brought up, actikns meed to be take to better the work experience.

So far its much better than I did have. The boot program is 100% covered compared to my last employer which only covered 75% roughly.

PAY US BETTER!!!!! HAZARD PAY!!!!! You make billions, I make hundreds. I feel undervalued because we are the ones out and snow covered roofs two stories tall getting the work done making sure the customers are satisfied all the while being compensated with pennies
I believe that the work result should speak for itself about the employee and the manager should assess the correct salary based on that work result before the employee asks for a salary increase.

Not to be father and daughter and son working at the same location there is retaliation from this it is a bad situation when anyone in control only listening to there family members this place is a volatile work Environment
