They listen to us. We took a survey and could comment on whatever we wanted. A lot of people mentioned one particular part of our job we didn't like and they fixed it!

Cutting people all over the place. 1-2 RIFs per year. Incredible imbalance in perceptions form ELT about various teams. Revenue generating/activating teams can do nothing wrong, support and dev teams usually get the short end of the stick.
