Stop saying how important resources are and start showing it. Show equal amount of appreciation for teams doing less visible work, these teams are generally the ones fixing the problems caused by project teams who gets all the praise following a go-live.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of employee engagement activities and very pro retention approach to skills workforce

The New ACI is so positive.
Easy flexible understanding helpful easy
It's great. When we're busy and they call for us to take a 30min lunch, instead of our full hour, They give us some sort of treat. For example, they may cater us lunch or bring in some sort of snack like donuts!

It was transparent and I had the chance to talk with the hiring manager, which gave a better understanding of the position.

Bringing on new partners who never knew what we could do for them.
