What do you like best about the leadership team?
Arsht Center has a dynamic group of leaders who are quite adaptable. Everyone has an open door policy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive a 401K with a percentage match. Half day Fridays for two months in the Summer as well as excellent healthcare options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees truly care about one another. There is genuine comradery without the oppression of a forced family dynamic.

We need to get better with planning and timelines. We work incredibly well in a crunch, but planning is not our forte.
