I enjoy my team and projects. We hire good people. But regarding leadership, I am underwhelmed. The lack of transparent communication, the absence of a leadership commitment to DEI, and the politicking that goes on promotes an un-psych safe culture where we cannot yet be our authentic selves.

The autonomy in my job plus a great manager and team director.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was informal and I got to speak with a whole bunch of people across the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the update videos that come out and share how we're doing across departments and where we are in comparison to our yearly goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees who I get to interact with and get to know are generally willing to pitch in and help for the greater sense of 'team.' I find that we like to learn and to have fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have people who are kind and capable. We have a working sense of norms, which could improve, but they guide our work. We are people-centric - or at least we try to be! - and committed to growth.
