alarm.com has horrible products they are horrible people and you shouldnt buy from them
Starts out great until all of the smoke and mirrors of culture dissolve. Great coworkers, but you never are paid your value. Everyone leaves because they find jobs that pay you better. Even worse they make you feel bad for asking for raises as though wanted to improve your life is a bad thing.

Health insurance coverage seems really good. 401k and stock compensation are not competitive with the tech industry.

Very flexible. If you aren’t hourly, as long as you get the work done you can rearrange your schedule around doctor appointments, etc...
