Alpha's recruitment process is more that of a revolving door; low-compensated post-uni people are hired with barely any working experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The constant belittlement and micromanagement do certainly not contribute to the self-esteem and development of staff, which has negative consequences on overall business operations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When little mistakes you make are magnified and blown out of proportion, it is not only a matter of feeling undervalued; it's a massive shortcoming of Alpha line managers who fail to guide staff.
