What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Please stop creating overhead positions; that cost comes from your front-line workers. The Amentum product is Subject Matter Experts; don't create policies that detract from your product/SMEs. Enable them. Roll back the bureaucracy to 2020 levels.

What makes you most happy at work?

Receiving income until something that pays more and offer a better oppertunity comes along.
