Vibrant and energized easy to talk to
They listen to inputs and provide effective feedback.
The way they look out for the best interest of their team. The dedication to performance and caring for their team is phenomenal.
I havent got in trouble with them yet so no issues.

Ive never met the executive team
Everything, they a a joke that don't have a clue how to manage anything.
They been told numerous times. So either they're not intelligent, don't care or both.
Leadership. There is more required than cost savings at all expense.
Everything. Amentum claims to be "seasoned" yet they are a new company. They underbid and then get "creative" to try and make contracts profitable, typically by taking things away from their employees.
Treat people with respect not children
WFH flexibility, I get more 2% more super because I've been here 7 years
Good pay and annual bonus.
It's a fair value for those that need it.
I really dont care about the package as I am already retired from the military so outside of the paycheck with amentum, nothing else is needed from them.

The Hourly pay is good
compensation , working more hours for less pay
Acknowledgement and appreciation. A leader that shows up for their team.
Increase in wages across the board for every employee. Actively considering giving employees raises season after season. Matching 401k would indicate there is some sort of appreciation of our overall long term financial well being.
Review from Operations Dept
One of my team members left and they chose to not backfill the position. Instead, they gave me his work with no increase in pay. Just found out that our insurance is going up, again. I haven't seen a raise in a few years.
Pay as agreed. Due to location, do not exploit Employees with 3-4 HUNDRED percent mark ups. When it is cheaper to go off base in a third world country for groceries, you are WRONG.
Some meetings just have to happen
Most of them take responsibility and actually get their work done.
My team is dedicated to excellence. They communicate effectively and get results.
We all feel the same way about upper managment
Review from Operations Dept
We work as a team to make deadlines, meet mission requirements. We are all professionals and share knowledge with each other.
People skills and overall attitude adjustments
They need to learn how to do the job. They have no clue
Noone stays long enough to learn position requirements. Literally folks leave in days, weeks or a few short months.
Unprofessional and project manager is childish
it's a wonderful place to be
Remote work and expectation that you'll get your work done sometimes late at night, sometimes weekends but allows for time to take of life sorting the day. Flexibility is key.
Everyone is treated fairly and they extract excellence as a result.
We all share experiences, knowledge and put forth the effort to make everyone feel good about what we're doing.
The team I work with and some of the team members in some of the programs I support.
All new upper management and HR department.
They should Show more employee appreciation
Better communication and treat people fairly
Management, HR, listening to workers
Hire competent people in management and the workforce, not just a body to fill a position.
Everything was smooth and the leaders made everything low threat and comfortable.
It was quick and easy almost to the point that i didnt see it as an interview but a welcome to the team talk
Review from Operations Dept
The entire position was explained by the hiring manager along with benefits. I was also graded on my leadership and experience.
It was done by lower level management, people down to earth. The upper level management doesn't care about it's employees at all.
The members that interviewed me are the same people that trained to me.
Have interviews that actually pertains to the position
No suggestions, I'm not sure what could be done to improve it.
The quality of my duties and the ability
Remote work and the flexibility it provides.
I get to help further the US Army and contribute to our nation while working with a team of fantastic humans.
That the work isnt that stressfull, and I enjoy the pace at my job
Review from Operations Dept
The pay is the best thing
Too many rules and over site.
They need to at least give us raises to cover our cost of living. The past few years have been brutal and without a raise, we are all losing money every year with increased cost of our benefits.
Focus on providing services to the customer, and reasonably take care of employees.
Noone on island is in a decision making position. No HR, Management, etc.. This leads to NFG. If THEY had to pay 11 bucks for a loaf of bread, or spend countless hours doing redundant in house time wasting chores, it would change. Recently firing the top two personnel had absolutely 0 affect. Not on
They simply do not care about the employes.
