It is constantly busy doing work for my sales and also for other departments because my lot is understaffed and struggle

The Genaral Manager interview. I really liked him and it seemed as though we were on the same page.

Their culture isn't what they claim it is. They claim their values are respect, integrity, compassion and excellence. The only people that care about those values are relegated to support roles. Operations doesn't care about them.

Constantly preach about mission, vision and values, but their actions and communication show otherwise. The people who do believe in them are relegated to support roles. Operations doesn't care about them at all and turn a blind eye to unethical and illegal behavior as long as sales are made.
