I have been here for just over 3 years, in that time, I have built a wonderful team with the support of my leadership. I truly do enjoy working with my immediate leader and the leader above him. I love coming to work to be part of this team and look forward to the growth and success this year.

Commissions! Those always make the day better.

Finding solutions and supporting the partners and team.

I really enjoy the community feeling within the team, I enjoy having my leaders accessible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Direct leadership team is comprised of people I know i can talk open and honestly with. The greater leadership team has been something I haven't had a ton of exposure too, but after this meeting, I have been very encouraged by what I have seen
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is made up of great people, coming from all backgrounds, all seasons of life and it has created a wonderful vibe. Being a team that has always been remote, they still genuinely care for each other and the partners. One of the best vibes on a team I've ever seen.
