I am a new sales manager that just took over a team in August. So far I think we are doing well. My managers are extremely helpful and willing to assist with anything. I like my team members that report to me and we have a great relationship. A good foundation to grow on.

Not enough tenure to determine if the "juice is worth the squeeze". Time will tell.

They are really trying to make it work and are committed to our clients. They truly care about our seniors. I like the constant training as well.

They are focused on the successful growth and profitability of the company. They are doing their best under trying circumstances. They seem to care for people. They are forward thinkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of responsibility and time spent meeting and exceeding goals is off-balance in my opinion. I believe that the base compensation need to improve especially since there are a lot of factor our of our control that influence our bonus potential.
