Very fast paced environment. Helping senior citizens is extremely rewarding. We complete a great deal of manual tracking to do our job. The company has stated that system enhancements and reporting will be a top priority in 2021 which I am really hoping will happen!!!

We work as a team and make decisions as a team. Everyone gets to chime in with different ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have a best part. I don't like that bonus is paid out annually and regardless of how much time and effort is put in all year to do the best job possible if the company doesn't want to pay you or delays paying you bonus you have no say. They just expect you to just keep doing the same.
