Knowing I have helped one (or more) of my clients when a loan closes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have the ability to earn more bonus by working harder and closing more loans. It's entirely up to me how much I make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, we communicate well and we have fun in person, by email or on the phone. They are really good people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and available; they listen to our needs and act on them when they can or let us know why they can't act immediately; and they provide a great deal of support
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If I need help, I can ask for it and someone will be there for me. I don't have to be embarrassed or feel like I'm imposing on someone else. Our employees genuinely care about our clients and each other and they make it very easy and comfortable to do my job and feel good about what I'm doing.
