Mr. James Clyde Edenfield, also known as Jim, Co-Founded American Software Inc. in 1970 and has been its Executive Chairman and Principal Executive Officer since September 2014 and March 3, 2017 respectively and serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Edenfield served as the President, the Chief Executive Officer and the Treasurer of American Software USA Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of American Software Inc., since November 1989 until May 2014 and served as its President and the Treasurer. He served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of American Software Inc. before becoming its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding American Software Inc., Mr. Edenfield held several executive positions with and was a Director of Management Science America, Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Logility Inc. since January 1997 and has been its a Director since January 1997. He has been a Director of American Software Inc. since 1971. Mr. Edenfield holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Vincent C. Klinges, also known as Vince, has been Chief Financial Officer of American Software, Inc. since September 1999. Mr. Klinges served as Chief Financial Officer of Logility Inc., a Parent Company of Demand Management Inc., since September 1999. From July 1995 to February 1998, he served as Controller of Indus International Inc., (formerly known as TSW International Inc.). He served as Vice President of Finance of Logility Inc., since February 1998. From November 1986 to July 1995, Mr. Klinges held various positions with Dun & Bradstreet Inc., including Controller of Sales Technologies, a software division of Dun & Bradstreet Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.

Mr. H. Allan Dow has been the President of American Software, Inc., since March 3, 2017. Mr. Dow has been the President of Logility Inc. since August 4, 2015. He joined Logility Inc. in October 2000 as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing and served in that position until August 4, 2015. From January 1998 to September 2000, he was employed by Structural Dynamics Research Corporation as Regional Vice President and General Manager of the southern United States, Latin America and South American operations. From November 1986 to January 1998, he served various positions with Honeywell (formerly Measurex Systems, Inc.) including as Director of North American Operations. Mr. Dow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.

Mr. James R. McGuone, also known as Jim, has been Vice President and General Counsel of American Software, Inc. since May 18, 2009 and has been its Corporate Secretary since May 1988. Mr. MCGuone served as Secretary of Logility Inc. He has extensive experience in representing technology companies in a wide variety of matters. He was a Partner of the law firm of Holland & Knight, L.L.P. He has been a practicing Attorney since 1972. Mr. McGuone holds a B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
