It has been overall a mediocre experience. Too many people there for too long. Advancement is limited. Lots of politics. Decisions pushed up rather than down. Decisions made then challenged and reversed only to be made again. No trust of employees.

Remember whose company it is. Say no to the clients who make unreasonable demands to bend rules. Stop making rules and then making ways for people to get around the rules.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realizing the talent that they have within their employees and putting that talent into the right roles. Stop going to expensive consultants who tell you the same thing your employeees would have told you had you asked.
