Being fair to others rather than playing favorites to those who are reporting directly to the senior leaders.

amway needs to have accountability for the leader ship, and more of a team work enviornment instead of a dictatorship

Walk the talk - go down to the World HQ lobby and read the inscriptions embedded into the architecture. Spend significant time considering how your actions align or don't align with those words.
