John co-founded Aquent in 1986 while an undergraduate at Harvard University. Within five years he grew the company from dorm room startup to the 12th fastest growing private company in America. He has served as CEO from the beginning. Over the course of his career John has been widely recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership and accomplishments. Accolades include: Boston Business Journal's, "40 Under 40", Mass High Tech's, "High Tech All Star," finalist for the Harvard Business School Club of New York’s, "America’s Entrepreneur Award," and Ernst and Young’s, “Entrepreneur of the Year” for New England. He was the subject of a Fast Company cover story and was the protagonist in a Harvard Business School case study. John has served as president of the Massachusetts Association of Staffing Services and as chairman of the board of directors of Angie’s List (NASDAQ:ANGI). He also has served as a board member for the American Staffing Association, AIGA, and the Recycling Advisory Committee for the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts. John earned a bachelor's degree cum laude from Harvard College and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.

With over a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Rohshann has a finger on the pulse of emerging talent-market trends—advising clients on optimal strategies to attract and onboard skilled creative, marketing, and digital talent. She's passionate about building and leading recruiting teams with a lean delivery model and developing innovative talent delivery solutions for our Fortune 100 clients that help propel their business forward. When not researching the latest talent market trend, she's trying to keep up with her two kids and enjoying the great outdoors in Portland, Oregon.

Catherine is focused on driving recruiting strategies to achieve order fulfillment goals for clients, creating a community for talent with career and gig opportunities, and supporting an environment for diversity, equity, and inclusion at the company. She has over 25 years in the staffing industry, specifically in sourcing / recruiting, client retention / expansion, process improvement, program / project management, employee development, coaching / mentoring, budgeting / forecasting, and diversity initiatives. Most importantly, Catherine is a mom to four young adults who make her proud every day.

Lauren leads the Creative practice group and has nearly a decade of creative staffing experience, with more than half of that time spent in a recruiting and client service capacity. Her team of robust and diverse recruiters serves as creative subject matter experts and true talent and client partners. On any given day, you can find Lauren gushing over magnificent talent portfolios with our recruiters or talking about the latest trends within the creative space. In her free time, Lauren enjoys listening to podcasts and spending time with her husband and their English cream long-haired mini dachshund.

Maggie has over two decades of staffing experience and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service to our valued clients and talent. She thrives on building and energizing dynamic teams that are motivated by opportunities to develop great solutions and partnerships. As the leader of our Experience practice group, Maggie's team is focused on developing solutions that help enhance customer experiences and highlight the value of products and services. For Maggie, the key is helping our clients understand the business needs of their customers and then aligning the solution and design process around those needs.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Angela is driven to provide clients with solid talent delivery solutions that elevate their business. She's also passionate about the Aquent Talent experience and how placing the right person in the right opportunity with the right client impacts one's career. Angela is proud to be part of an organization that values all of those things as well.

Kate is a recruiting leader with 10 years of experience placing a wide variety of talent with backgrounds in marketing, creative, and digital. As part of Aquent's Metaverse Innovation Team and leader of the Metaverse & Development Practice Groups, she focuses on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and talent. As Kate puts it, “The metaverse and web 3.0 technologies are the future, and I'm excited to explore this new frontier.”
